EASY and HEALTHY HOMEMADE VINEGRETTE

Dr. Barb is the Raw Plant Based Food expert, but I am the guy that loves to make the Big Salads. Since many store bought dressings have unhealthy ingredients, I like to make my own Mustard Vinaigrette.

This is the basic recipe – you can experiment with different ingredients to make the perfect dressing for you and your family.

One Serving

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

A dab of honey (optional)

Combine, whisk, and serve

It is fun to experiment with different flavored olive oils and vinegars.  I have even use horseradish mustard for an extra kick.

If you or your family likes creamy dressings, you can drizzle a some ranch or blue cheese on top of the salad and the vinaigrette will make a little go a long way.
